"Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home and maurice went above and beyond. He was always respectful and cheerful always showed up on time. He showed us a lote of houses and answered the tons of questions me and my wife had lol. What really got me to post this review was not just for the house he helped us purchase but the communication he was always keeping in touchwith us with text/calls,if i had a question i would text/call and he would reply really fast. Thanks again Maurice we love our new home????????"

"Over the years I have purchased 3 homes. I have never had an real estate agent that has show more dedication towards a client, than Mr. Thomas. He listens to fine details and without hesitation begins his search for what he believes will satisfy his clients in there search for a perfectly suitable home. He displays patience, tenacity and is self driven. I would highly recommend him and will chose him as first pick if I ever need an agent again in the future. "I had to sell a parcel of my family's land in less than 2 months time due to a dire situation. Mr. Thomas gave me all of the information needed regarding comps in the area to make an informed decision regarding selling the property. I live 50 plus miles away and was not able to meet with him personally due to other pressing responsibilities, however the care and responsiveness he showed me was phenomenal. He was very instrumental in locating the right buyer, negotiating and getting my family a fair price for the property ,working with the title company as well as my attorney's office and getting the needed documentation to all parties involved expeditiously. He worked tirelessly under a great amount of pressure to get the job done by the deadline.
